I have decided that the term “lifestyle changes” should always be accompanied by excessive tildes and asterisks. They’re so much more mocking than just quotes.

I’ve been hanging around the Fatosphere for a while and have decided that I finally need a place to get my own thoughts and feelings out.

I’m a 21-year-old college student, right on the line where “overweight” crosses over into “obese.” I follow the principles of Heath At Every Size and try to practice intuitive eating as well as one can on a limited budget. I am happy with most of my body most of the time, and right now that’s enough for me.
